Our neighborhood features two gorgeous lakes in the front and back of the neighborhood. These lakes are perfect for fishing as they are stocked with fish. Access the back lake on Seville Avenue.

Common Areas

Located centrally in the neighborhood is a large grassy area perfect to let your kids or pets run around on. It also includes a picnic table for those perfect summer nights!
